About The Clinic at Gardens of Somerset

Integrated Care Professionals’ Clinic at Gardens of Somerset opened its doors in March 2023, introducing Sterlington’s newest primary care clinic. Marking a new chapter for Integrated Care Professionals, this clinic is the first of its kind, and we are eager to bring this model of healthcare to even more communities across the country. Since 2013, Integrated Care Professionals has been providing expert nurse practitioners to communities across the United States, with NPs currently serving in over 70 facilities. With the opening of this primary care clinic open to the public, Integrated Care Professionals is excited to continue expanding our healthcare offerings and providing accessible and personalized care to even more communities around the country.
